To offer your property plese email me: name, surname, address, phone number, mail, map/floorplan of the property, if you have it, CONTACT FORM, and PHOTOS of the most interesting rooms. Only the emails with CONTACT FORM and PHOTOS will be catalogued and archived.
Mails where you ask to be contacted without attaching photos are not accepted and will be deleted.

When we receive requests for locations that may correspond to yours, by appointment we will make a photographic inspection (location scout) to propose the property and only then you will give your available in the period interested on the basis of economic offer for temporary rental of the property.

The location fee depends on the value of the property, its uniqueness, practicality, and ease of access..

Before the shooting a short-term agreement will be signed between the production company and the Property, where will be defined in addition to the economic aspects and the method of payment, usually by bank transfer one day before shooting, also all the limitations and peculiarities of the case, access times and end of work, days of preparation for fittings or restoration of furniture. The contract will be signed with the owner.

To preserve the property, the production company will subscribe an insurance policy to cover any damage caused during the shooting.

At the end of filming, a check will be made to verify that all the areas have been restored to the state before we arrive.
